Why are you not? My friend is spending the Christmas in London, but she has some friends she will celebrate with. What are you doing?

Looking for a job. It might be better if I work instead of doing anything special.:frown:

This makes me sooo sad. Everyone deserves to have company on christmas day :frown:

Don't be sad, the less people is sad, the better. Smile for me, will you?
i'll be celebrating christmas in london alone too.
my brothers and sisters all live in my home country, whilst my parents (who live with me here).... flew to lithuania 2 weeks ago to spend this christmas with the aforementioned siblings. ;P so i'm already well-rehearsed in the art of solitude ;D
but i guess i'm ok about it. i've spent the last 3 christmases alone anyway (:

No one?
Wow pretty depressing thread.

I live in London, in North though. The bus system is nonexistent on that day.

Try and have fun anyway, after all it is just another day (with a flashy commercialised title)

I'm actually alone on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day as I can't go home (well, where my parents live) due to work and the two people I live with are going to their family homes for Christmas. Doesn't really bother me all that much though, I'm going to make the most of having the house to myself and I'm seeing family after Boxing Day anyway. Going to spend the day in front of the fire watching world cinema and eating my bodyweight in various food stuffs.

Aaaah this Christmas is pretty morbid I must say.
Firstly my family is ditching me for the tropics, I have exams after xmas, I just got rejected from Oxford, I have the flu and the list goes on... but despite all of this I'm going to have to stop being a bloody pessimist, suck it up and make some yorkshire pudding nom nom nom...
I will be with the queen, so no not alone.
