Get a grip dude.
Make a timetable of study and stick to it.
Switch of the computer or TV and don't turn it on!

It's time to go cold-turkey.
If you get distracted go outside for a few mins and come back, clear your head.

Just be motivated and say to yourself..'IF I CARRY ON LIKE THIS I WILL END UP AS A BURDEN TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY, I WILL BE A NO-BODY'

Good luck mate.

I know i know i know..it's just that i'm scared to gout now..the last time i went out was aroun 23 days ago to the post office..
it's turning into a phobia..i dont have family or friends but i MUST go out even if it's just for a walk..
nothing's motivating me..
I cant find any centre to retake my GCSE's so as a result i dont revise..which is.. wrong of me
I've tried switching computer&tV off and end up listening music for hours or fallin asleep :frown:

sales assistant..

Retail jobs are quite hard to hard to find imo, but i guess it depends where you live. Isn't there anything else you're intrested in? admin work, call centres... some of these pay better than retail shops

I usually listen to this when I feel like that! Sorry if it's not your sort of thing.

Just getting outside, doing some exercise or taking up a new hobby are all great ways to get out of a slump. They can also be great ways to meet new people, which it sounds like you need to do too.

Well a lot of students are about to go back to university over the next few weeks, so they'll be leaving some vacancies. Send out some CVs and if you're lucky, you might get an interview.

i think you need to see the doctor
i know that's a typical response to get but in your situation, it really sounds like you do need to see one

The arm of McDonalds operating in the UK falls into the same class as many supermarkets are also in for various reasons (tax/health/boring shizz)
