how do i turn the 9 into a 3?? here is the question:

3^10 x 9^15 in the form of 3^n

also, very quick, would
4^3 x 4^5 = 16^8 or 4^8??

therefore, 3^(15*2)
10 + 30 = 40

3 ^ 40

and 4^8

310×915=310×(32)15=310×330=3403^{10} \times 9^{15} = 3^{10} \times (3^2)^{15} = 3^{10} \times 3^{30} = 3^{40}

And in general,
xa×xb=xa+bx^a \times x^b = x^{a+b}

-- So 4^3 x 4^5 = 4^8
