What features are attractive to a girl about a guy that a guy can control?

I'm talking muscle shtuff, fashion, certain character traits etc. that a guy has control over, that he can change, adapt etc (unlike facial features for example), that girls find attractive.

Feel very free indeed to give some sort of weighting to your answers (certain muscle group more important than another, fashion more important than [blablabla] etc.).

Personally, I'm not into catering for the tastes of other people.

However, many girls have a keen sense of fashion and will be attracted to the clothes that you wear, in particular your shoes.

Many girls have been keen on guys who dress as such:

I agree. That's why I don't dress like that, but the indie/hipster-chic craze is really getting about now :/
While it gets a lot of stick on here...excercise and getting a good body really does improve your attraction

-Smart Clothes
-Toned body
Justin Bieber's hair, when I see that hair on a tall guy (not fat lol), i go woooow (on the inside). Same thing happens with a few of my girl friends. If he's blonde, its even better.
