I don't know the former university but I think that I've heard about Dalhousie the name talks to me a little bit, I'm from quebec (Montréal) and the only ones that i know are UBC (Sauder), University of toronto (Rotman), university of Montréal (HEC Montréal), Mcgill (Desautels), Queen's university...By the way I graduated from HEC Montréal (The most regarded FRENCH BS in Canada) it is the BS of University of Montréal...
Warwick is well established in Europe and even in Canada...My BS in Canada has an exchange program with the BS...The people who are in the matter know it...I think that HR at RBC, TD, Scotia Bank, BMO, Desjardins, National bank of Canada know it...I spoke with some of them and they are really aware that universities like LSE, Imperial College London, Oxbridge and to a lesser extent Warwick are top notsch...When you come from there you are just different from their classical pool of candidates its differenciate you from the others
