Bras are annoying me! Rant.

You all know what I mean. You go into a shop, and find a lovely bra. It's sexy, has a nice shape, and isn't ridiculously priced. Then you try to find your size, and BAM. It stops at a D or DD. WHY? Why would you do this, cruel makers of underwear?! You look for another one, and it happens again. And again. Until eventually, you find something more than a DD and that does small backsizes. Lo and behold, it's old fashioned and matronly! It's extremely difficult to get nice bras in larger sizes.

Even in specialist shops, they have less variety in larger cupsizes. Is this irritating anyone else? I mean, people always say large breasts are sexy...so why can't we have some sexy undies for them? We want to look attractive too, y'know!

Oh and anyone know any decent shops? I'm currently in love with figleaves, but I don't like buying bras offline in case they don't fit right. :frown:

What about small sizes? Nowhere ever does them either so I'm left with the bras from the kiddie section in New Look which were made for 12 year olds.

I thought D was large.

La Senza, Debenhams and M&S all go above DD in small back sizes on most of their ranges. Then there is Bravissimo and Figleaves too. Only shops like H&M don't have anything above a DD.

A few years ago it was a problem to find bras in big cup/small back sizes, now it is pretty easy.

Bravissimo?

They're good, but they don't have a wide choise of styles I'd like. :frown:

That's a common misconception. It's not small, but it's not large at the small backsizes.

This is the breast thread I've seen in a while.

If they're annoying you - rip/snip your bra off and burn it (preferably in public).

Not many are attractive though. I occasionally find something in M&S and Debenhams if I look for ages, but there are so many sexy, lovely ones that are only for girls with smaller boobs, which I think is so unfair!

And there's hardly any 30 backsizes anywhere, I can only find them if I look for absolutely ages.

THIS! I'm a G and it's a nightmare to find, and don't even get me started on swimwear. I think mine was about that as well, yet my friends got two for that...grrr.

Depending on the back size, it's not really. And D cups are usually always readily available in shops. OP is probably talking about G cups or something.

In fairness, if you're that small you probably won't be needing a bra anyway?

Pics or never happened.
Bravissimo now go to an LL I think, so you should be fine there

I know the feeling though. My B cup sister gets a set of three bra and knickers for a tenner, while I shell out at least £30 for a set in my size :frown: My tankini and swimming costume cost me almost £50 each as well.

Average boob sizes are going up though, so hopefully we'll get a better deal soon!

But at least you can not wear a bra and still go downstairs/run/WHATEVER without pain!
