Exactly. Although, my parents are out this weekend so with a free run of the house, I think I may stock up on booze and do something ridiculous...

Haha I really hope we're not- I always imagined the student lifestyle was about never sleeping at all and spending a lot of time in grotty clubs.

Eh, I love the Killers! Especially that song. Good luck with that, lol, who knew they were such a good combo?

Damn the stupid 21 age limit in America!

Oh yeah, at least we have that to look forward to. Bring it on, London!

So do I! I know they have a Muse smiley but I think we deserve a Killers one, too! :yep: And yes, they make quite a pair- got me through a whole section of Dido begging Aeneas not to leave her. Good times.

I got an offer today after attending an open day for psychology  before that I filled out a questionnaire. No news is good news with UCL, so fingers crossed. You may get the questionnaire soon. Good luck x

Thank you for replying =) I guess I shall keep waiting patiently.

And ouu, congratulations! I am glad it worked out for you. Did they tell you the conditions by now? Are you going to firm UCL? x)

Both are excellent universities for what you want to study, so rather than worry about the difference in reputation of the two (which is probably minute for such a specialised course), I suggest you visit both and see which one you like the best. UCL might be ranked 4th best in the world, but London certainly isn't for everyone.

hi, how is everybody? Well looks like i might be seeing one or two people at ucl. I have just got my conditional offer for project management in construction. Wow how how scary is all of this.

I have an offer from reading too, but to be honest, UCL is certainly my first choice:smile:

Is UCL driving anyone else crazy?? I applied for French and Italian in December and got all my other offers within weeks and haven't heard anything from UCL... Last night I even had a dream they gave me a conditional offer but I needed 600 UCAS points haha
Well done everyone who's got an offer though, just wish it was me!
I have to attend an open day for economics on 2nd Feb. Anyone else?

I was wondering what the 'open day' actually involves? Do they sneak in an interview with that?:colone: Or is it just looking around UCL department?:s-smilie:

How was it for people who have already attended an open day?

Isn't LSE's offer the same as that of UCL? So if you miss A*AA, you won't end up going anywhere?
I'm getting so tired of the wait this is way too long.

Information management for business offer

Hey I am in yr. 12. Im new to this forum thing. I am doing the Cambridge Pre u course studying Economics, maths and Geography along with the compulsory GPR. I am interested in the Information Management for business at ucl. I was wondering what your GCSE's were like? What offer you received? Do you need ICT qualifications, so like an ICT GCSE or A-level equivalent ? what did you take part in school?would you regard yourself very clever??
