Law Applicants 2011 Offer Thread

Have you received any offers so far? And to which Unis did you apply to?

Birmingham: conditional offer (have to pass the CPE, which I'm taking in march)
Bristol: nothing
Durham: nothing
KCL: nothing
QMUL: nothing

but I submitted my application really late, January 13 I think. My LNAT score was 24, with a crappy essay :smile:

You got an offer from notts, right? Which would be your first choice?

cant decide which one to firm and which as insurance...
decided southampton is out, cant decide abt the rest, thinkin warwick firm and qmul insurance since its a lower offer...
should remove soas right? their prospects dont seem all that strong...just sayin!

haha lol i wasnt gonna apply to LSE either but figured wudnt hurt to try and it did sting a bit wen i got rejected...didnt apply to other top cause of the jävla LNAT.

Thinking of firming Bristol and waiting on Edinburgh for insurance.

Yeah, I got an offer from notts. But I anyway don't want to go there. My first choice is kings and then queen mary. And if I get rejected I'll do a year at the HSG and try again. What was your matura graded?
Would be kinda cool, if we would go to the same uni...

Well, finally replied to my offers and firmed Oxford and picked Durham as an insurance. It was a bit pointless really given that they are the same offers. Is anyone else in the same position where its all As come August or nothing?

so the higher fees wouldn't bother you? I got a 5, which is the minimum King's wants - it's my favourite as well, so I'm pretty scared... Next up it's a tie between Bham and QMUL.
