Try making some, perhaps? I don't think it would be commonly available for purchase. A quick google search comes up with lots of recipes. :smile:

This is going to sound really random & I feel the need to say it's a TOTAL coincidence that I found some yesterday! :biggrin: Do you live anywhere near a (large) Dobbies Garden Centre? They have a food shop in there and they sell loads of yummy ice cream. I went to the one in Southport yesterday and they sold watermelon ice cream :biggrin:

If you go to small ice cream parlours, you're best bet is to try them. There's lots by the seaside, but i don't know where you are, but i'm sure theres at least one in your town, if not.. open one up! haha :smile:
