It's "they're" young and stupid. Learn how to spell.
The only reason 6 men's lives were ruined was because of a stupid law, declaring consensual sex with someone younger than 13 "rape". The only stupid thing in the whole story is the law, no damage was done until the law had to be enforced.

Because she is 12 years old and sleeping with 5 grown men one after the other in a park at night... Like many others I believe that if someone willingly sleeps with more than one person in the space of a couple of hours, then they're probably quite slaggy person. Unless they're doing it for money and are in desperate need of it, have been blackmailed, raped or whatever.

How the world has changed. In the past both of those girls would have been locked away in a mental institution perhaps for the rest of their lives and those lads would have been forced into the armed forces. That happened to my grandad although the girl was a few years older and she got pregnant. She was locked up in a mental asylum and her child which was then referred to as a bastard child was taken from her and put in a home. While I don't think women who have children out of wedlock should be put in a mental hospital it's a pity we don't still have the stigma of bastard children.
But there is something to be said for that. As in my opinion for one of those girls to be not only sexually active but essentially keen to be roasted by a group of lads suggests to me she has a psychological problem ,perhaps she was abused within her family. Sexual abuse in families is more common that sex abuse by strangers. I would certainly raise questions about the parenting of both girls at the very least. I do hope social services have got involved.12 yr olds should not be roaming the streets.It's a pity we cannot jail the parents as well.
With the lads, it would all depend if I believed them about not knowing how old the girls were. It is in their favour that they confessed and were cooperative. However tagteaming girls in a park in my opinion really reflects the lack of moral standards we have in the world today. If I believed them these girls were 16,then I would have them flogged and then forced to do military service for 3 yrs,they can then resume their footaballing careers .Because this kind of lack of morals much be punished. If I didn't believe them, I'd give them longer in prison doing hard labour . Both girls especially the wannabe porn star one, I would detain in a psychiatric hospital for an evaluation and I would see if there is anything the Police can charge the parents with.

Exactly kids grow up. She hasn't grown up yet. If you'd of told me even a 16 year old had done that, I would of still been a bit weirded out but this is a 12 year old engaging in a sex act that most people will never be part of in their whole lives (an orgy).
The fact you're comparing me being disgusted by this to me having issues with people having sex just shows how moronic you are. I have no issue with anyone of a reasonable age who chooses to have sex as often as they want. This is just ridiculous though.

It seems to me the only person who didn't get hurt is the girl who instigated everything and I'd bet my house she has/is been sexually abused because there are levels of sexuality (hyper-sexuality) that are major signs of emotional trauma but people like you just say "omg look at me I am so liberal, I think having sex all the time and with everyone is totally cool and really forward thinking of me".
IF the girls actually looked 12 then they deserve their punishment imo....i don't see how you can confuse a 12 year old with a 16 year old but IF they did look like 16 then they should be wiped off the sex offenders list and get some form of compensation

Why have you jumped to the conclusion that it must be a psychological problem. It sounds like some sort of Victorian age rationality, if a girl is enjoying sex, she must be mentally ill.

If they look old enough, sound old enough, act old enough, then they ARE old enough. There is fundamentally no difference between them and someone who's over-age. Explain to me what's the difference. Some people grow up and mature quicker.

Sorry but that's terrible rationalising. Their lives are ruined because of the law, not the girls, and because what they did was exposed by the parents. Blame the parents if anything. As I said, if no one told the police, nothing would have come out of it and life would have gone on. Everyone would have put it down as an enjoyable experience and moved on.

Stop inferring things with absolutely no proof, where does it say she has been sexually abused? If that was true wouldn't we have heard about the parents being investigated by now?

I imagine she did it in the end because she felt pressured by her 'friend'. So yeah, she probably was forced, but emotionally not physically. You know what 12 year olds are like, they just want to fit in and often do stupid things that they'll regret later. Obviously people of all ages do this but especially at 12 you aren't going to have much of a voice and self-confidence.

Why is sex disgusting to you? I just find that odd. It's a natural bodily function. And it's not hurting anyone.
Why does it mean they have no respect for themselves? I used to sleep around a lot and I had lots of respect for myself, as I'm sure most people who sleep around do.
