87%.

I have a feeling this statistic is made up :smug:

I think it's more like 86% - stop exaggerating.

I think its 14% of those are made up on the spot as well.
Mate, totally agree.

The new admission process should be a massive rock, paper, scissors competition between the candidates.

An assurance from the applicant that they are the greatest, bestest thing that will ever happen to medicine. And a letter from the applicants mummy stating that their child would never lie.

Grow the **** up
Slightly off topic but I think it illustrates my point.

I make my own luck.

Yeah, and 61% of people believe the statistics!

And to OP, how exactly would they regulate the admissions system then? Other than what they're doing now? Yeah, it might not seem fair, but live with it!

Also, 33.335467861% use the :holmes: emote.
They could give all applicants a fitness test?

I dont want to be a dick, but have you seen that bloke on junior doctors when he is running to a crash call? somebody is going to die because of his food habbit.

And they could make it possible to study the academic stuff without the vocational.
