Tuition Fees in 2012

Hi all>!

I have asked almost everyone about this question, but nobody was able to give me an accurate answer... Here it is -> What will be the tuituin fee in 2012 for students that have started in 2011? Is it going to be the same(£3,325 or something) or is it going to rise to £9000?:confused: I sincerely hope not!:biggrin:
I'm surprised you have to ask this as there are so many threads that have asked this question about 1,000 times, but the answer is, the tuition fee rise will ONLY affect new students starting academic year 2012, not anyone who has enrolled at university before that time.

well, there are so many forums and threads that it was easier to make new one rather than search ! 10x though!
It will stay virtually the same (it'll go up with inflation, about £80/yr ish - not by a significant amount compared to the higher fees)
The new fees will only affect people starting in 2012

the figure that I gave (i.e. £3,325) was not an exact figure, this is why i put "or something" xD :smile:
Well, I am still filling the form, havent submitted it though, yet
What happens if you hold an unconditional for 2011, and then defer? Do you still pay 2012 fees?

yahh you doo !! whether its defered or not if u start in 2012 its the new fees
well apparently da world is gonna end in 2012, so I wouldn't worry about tuition fees too much :ahee:

What if you have applied on a course in 2011, obviously you will pay the £3k but you want to swap onto another course in another university in 2012? will this affect on the tution fees?

Please HELP !

as long as you continue your degree you wont pay the £9k. But if you start new one, then, yuuup

XAX, mate, until what year have we printed our calendar? 2050?2100? Does that mean that this is the end of the world -----> NO, xaxax. So, why do people think that this tribe has predicted the end of the world?!!?!?! they just got bored to write calendars xD

If you switch between a BSc and undergraduate masters, or specialise, in the same uni though, my understanding is that you should be fine
