Looking for a final housemate

Hi everyone,

We are a group of five people, but unfortunatly our sixth housemate can not live with us next year.

We are a friendly, lively bunch of people who all met at university.

The house we have is in a good location within the fallowfield area and is held under a good agency! The house is only 70 pound a week and does contain free broadband, with bills it is an estimate of around 75-80 a week. Some good features worth mentioning is the size of the TV and all rooms are double beds! The only condition the agency asks for is a deposit of £420 which covers adminstration fees of £70 and five weeks rent.

At this current moment in time, we have 3 boys, 2 girls and the one remaining spot we wish to fill sometime soon.
