Well, you have. And thanks.
No I never, I did it of my own accord. Of course, it's just a strange use of language. I imagine in an arguement about the USA where we are trying to show off who knows more, you would have originally said "I went there for a year" instead of "I went there once" - one obviously gives you more authority than the other, even if they are congruent .
Fair enough but I did not state the duration I stayed so you did make an assumption there. I'm 100% certain that sexual offences are included as a violent crime in most statistics comparing leves of violent crime between countries, for example Eurostat. And I have given a logical explanation to my arguement, In Britain, an affray is considered a violent crime, while in many other countries (generally non-European) it will only be logged if a person is physically injured. I'm not trying to say Britain isn't violent, but if you think the USA is safer you are quite deluded - go to the South Bronx or any deprived area in any US city, it puts the roughest areas of London to shame, there may be much more drunken brawling in the UK but you are far more likely to get mudered or raped in the USA, and many, many burglaries and muggings and assualts go unreported because they are just an everyday thing for America's urban poor, and the these communities don't trust the police to do anything about it. But I agree, Britain is a very unsafe place too and shoud get a low rating, but you are deluded if you think the USA is a safe country.
The USA is not a safe country but it is safer than the UK for sure. I rarely saw any incidents in Vegas, and at most it would be an altercation between two early 20 year old's trying to square up to each other because they had one too many drinks. Over here I've seen old women have their hang bags snatched, a mate of mine stabbed and fights happen almost every weekend in Cardiff City centre. Now compare that to a city like Vegas and its shocking. You also hear of much more violent crimes in the news here. In Vegas, most crime was associated with people who were drunk and disorderly and disobeying orders to go home because they wanted to spend more money in the casino's and stay out getting drunk. Now, as i've said, I can't comment on other parts of the US as I haven't been there and im willing to accept the fact that different areas and different states are completely different but in my honest opinion, Vegas is a far safer place to be than most places in Britain, which is shocking given the size and the amount of people there on a daily basis. Nevermind how busy it still is in the early hours of the morning. Also, rapes are not included in the ONS statistics. A top police officer came out in the media and stated they were farcical and didn't show a true reflection of criminal activity in the UK because they never included such things. And I turned to insuts becasue you insuted me.
You totally do not understand anything I wrote, really not worth responding too if you insist on being so obtuse, because we aren't on the same page. And can I see some evidence for this football related assault (as opposed to normal assualt?) vs rape thingy please.
A football related assault will lead to a longer jail sentence than a normal common assault in the UK, I can assure you of that. A number of Cardiff City fans have recently been sent down for being in the wrong place at the wrong time and just caught on CCTV (no violence) and have received between 9 months and 4 years between them plus bans from all grounds in the UK, some of whom have 7 year bans which start once they are released and not immediately. I know them as well so its not lies either as some of their mates sit near me at the stadium. Then you have rapists getting 3 year sentences who will be out in 1 and half with good behaviour.

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/rapist-jailed-for-three-years-1145757.html It probably is exaggerated, I'm not taking it as blunt fact, but you cannot disregard it based entirely on the source, this is called argumentum ad hominem.
Any biased media outlet is not worth anything. You do not want exaggerated or biased news, you want factual news based on reality. You pay monthly premiums, you also pay an up-front part of the total cost (a ‘’deductible’’), or a part of the cost of every procedure (a copayment), There's a lot more to it then that too, different provider networks, rembursment rates etc. you don't know enough about the subject really.
I know a lot about the system. It could be different in different parts of the US, as stated before. Nevada State may have completely different ways of doing things than others which is quite possible. As I said before I spent a month in NYC and a month travelling around the East Coast and Midwest, it's a good country in some ways and I don't dislike Americans, but it is not a great place to live. I think we are in agreement about the UK being ****, but I do not believe the media give a bias positive impression (read the Daily Mail recently?) or work with the government. And God, if you think Russia is a good country to be in right now, you really do know nothing.
