IF you are going to do it (dont feel pressured by the guys on here who have never gotten laid ever) then make sure he knows what he's doing.

As im sure you know from vaginal sex if he just rams in it fast before you;re ready thats painful enough so make sure he goes slow, very slow, like an inch at a time, making sure you're used to that before he goes in any further. And yes, definately lots of lube.

If you;re unsure why not suggest just playing and fingering in that area til you;re happy with that before moving on to more.

Heya hunny. I work for Ann Summers and believe it or not we get asked this question alot. If you do want to try then can i suggest buying an anal relaxing lube. It allows easier penetration. Use a condom because again there is less friction. Also start with maybe a finger, then two. Or buy a small anal toy and start off that way instead. I know it sounds like a strange thing to do but if it's done right it can be extremely pleasurable for both of you. Oh and if you are worried about hygiene just clean it in the shower with soap. At the end of the day if you can't clean it with your finger then you aren't going to be comfortable with your bf doing it. Hope this helps :biggrin:

You might enjoy it,some girls do,alot of girls do do it to please their boyfriends or because there is less chance of pregancy which is partly true but unprotected anal sex still has a preganacy risk but a smaller one.Plus you have std' that are more risky if the bum sex is unprotected.

However I was watching some sexual advice video once and the doctor was talking about anal sex.And she said some people have a kind of anal passage structure that makes the enjoyment of anal sex impossible ,difficult painful etc and it doesn't matter what you try.

Just try it, for the majority of girls providing he doesn't buy into how it happens in porn, ass bursters/ass destroyers etc etc it will either be enjoyable or bearable but not as pleasurable as vaginal sex . It is good to do things to please your partner in bed. For a minority it will not be, ever, and in which case he will have to accept that.

Personally if my girlfriend wanted to try something in bed providing it wasn't bi with a male, I would do it even if I wasn't that keen on it, I would try it once but if I didn't enjoy it or it was painful never again. Give and take in bed is best in my opinion. Relationships tend to fail because people just care about their own needs. That is why it's best to give something a go. And if he won't accept it if you don't like it, then he needs to get over it.

Sorry but ignorant comments like this just act as scare tactics to stop people trying something which they could actually really enjoy. Unless you have some kind of medical condition that prevents you from emptying your bowels properly there won't be any more than a miniscule amount of faeces. Bear in mind you are going in by only a few inches in any event. If you use lube it is perfectly hygienic, and if you're really OCD you can always use a condom and then change it before vaginal sex, although that really isn't necessary.
