baby/birth related (what is the actual name for this specialism anyone?)
Hematology
Oncology or Palliative

EDIT: Should have thought about how ditzy this would make me seem, but your quotes have been amusing xD
What I meant was, I know obstetrics is baby related, but its normally O&G so I was wondering if there was a specialty that just deals specifically with ill newborns. Is neonatal what I'm thinking of?

Indeed. And even if the patient is hot and doesn't have some kind of mank coming out of there, speculums are not the most sexy of instruments.
