Never thought about it tbh, its not a turn off at all
The ONLY time I've heard people commenting on adams apples is when debating whether a woman they've pulled is actually a man. Because it's rather big.

By this reckoning, I don't think its going to win you any dates anytime soon bubs

Depends what it's attached to. If it's attached to a small scrawny body, then it just looks pathetic. But if it's attached to a fit muscular body...then girls are too interested in the arms to notice the neck ferret
well a massive adams apple on a woman would be off putting
