Alderweireld, Dembele and Mignolet are very decent too. Then of course there's big things expected of Lukaku of course. They've not been in a tournament since they hosted Euro2000 so that should change in the future.

Hazard said his preffered destination is now Spain as the he doesnt think the english league will suit him that well.

Hate to say this, but I think as long as the trophy drought continues, Arsenal will be a less attractive destination for players the age and with skill levels of Hazard anyway.
Sorry, but Hazard is grossly over-rated.
