Some press release from the school will take the moral high ground and claim that she was a former model, so it was entirely appropriate to her work, and that the boys were in the wrong for stealing it and circulating it, of course completely ignoring the fact that keeping pictures of that nature in a school is inappropriate and not in any way relevant to her work there. Boys will be boys, it's her fault and she should have been more careful.

If he wants to go down that route of 'piracy = theft' then he should look at the person who left the USB stick lying around so that anyone could make copies of it.
