I'm one of the more optimistic fans but even I think it's over. Within little over a month the club has managed to single handedly shoot itself in the head. :frown:
I just don't understand this club anymore. No offence to Blackburn but we should be beating them quite comfortably. Bendtner makes me rage, how someone so tall can be so poor at heading is beyond me.

So depressing :cry2:

its funny how arsenal fans seem suprised. watching arsenal throughout the season is like watching a 70 year old on viagra. it works epically at the start then they just run out of steam. bunch of ****in pussies.

It wasn't Bendtner's fault. He'll go to any other team and be absolutely ****ing wonderful. So would any other individual player in our team. Just collectively Wenger has set them out to be so so tactically naive. How the **** do we penetrate 2 banks of four? sure as hell ain't how we played today. The first ten minutes got me excited but this team haven't produced a display of real quality in ages. They're tired and jaded and the replacements aren't any good. Not one of the players wanted it enough. They didn't push as a team.

And if you watched United today, they deserve the title and well done to them. They play like champions, they expect to score and Stoke are a mu better team than Blackburn. But every single one of the United players pushed and they play with a level of tactical understanding and intensity Arsenal just don't have.

Expect us to finish third, at the start of the season I predicted second but predict a crumble of magnificent performance now the team are required to, you know, man the **** up and do something apart from ballet around like frilly ballerinas

No, no he won't.
I'm not saying the blame rests solely on him but I do believe he should have scored. It wasn't a particularly difficult header yet he still managed to cock it up, just like he always does. I don't see why we continually bring him on, especially when he gets bunged out on the left or right. He's bad enough when playing central.
Overall we were lacking the end product. Poor crossing and very few people in the box anyway and also f*****g SHORT CORNERS! We need to stop with the bloody short corners. It's pointless bring Kos, Squillachi and Song up only to have them trudge all the way back after we balls up another corner by playing it short.

I can criticise a lot more about todays performance, but right now I just can't be bothered. Season's over lads. :frown:

What needs to happen in the summer the club needs to get rid of Wenger and give the new manager money for 3 or 4 world class signings showing intent that the club is a winning club and if this happens the current players will up their game.

He isn't a world class player but I don't think Wenger is doing him favours playing on the wing he has no pace, skill or trickery to be there. As for him being good at a different club he may well be as he is very good striker for Denmark.
Yawn, more of the same.

Called this before this season, called it before the last, called it before the season before that.

So did ZizAli. Are any of you stupid enough to argue with him now?

Maybe Rob is, let's wait for him to come and tell us that next year we're almost guaranteed to win the quadruple, because all we need is a 14 year old right back from Kyrzygstan.

The "season's over lads" mentality will **** us right over.

Teams in the championship would fight for every last ball. Sure it's painful, hell, it's so ****ing painful. BUT we can still win, the ****ers can still win, and if the fans give up and the players (like they have in the past) give up, then there's no hope. But Man U will inevitably drop points, and we will have a glimmer of hope. But the players don't give a ****, and there's no one there to make them give a ****. And it's Wenger's fault.

Supportin' Arsenal is ****ing painful bro

I don't remember United,Spurs or even Villa making a profit but they consistently spend to improve their squad.Sunderland have a bloody 13 million striker so why do Arsenal have Chamakh on a free.

FYI United keep turning over an operating profit(100mn was the last one), the losses on the sheets are only there because of the debt the Glazers took on to buy the club and have nothing to do with the club's business or transfer spending.

I am asking a simple question here Villa have 18 mil striker,Sunderland 13 mil striker why do Arsenal have Chamakh and Bendtner?

it's not the individual players fault. Van Persie is one of the best players in the world and he could do **** all aganst 8 hurly burly **** heads standing in front of him. Getting through 2 banks of 4 requires more tactical knowledge than herp derp pass the ball, pass the ball, lose the ball, pass the ball, go for a stroll.
Fact is Arsenal were behind United a long time ago, then you had a whole host of injuries. The chances of you winning the league have been getting slimmer and slimmer since end of January time. You don't have an easy run in, harder than the teams around you, and rather than looking at United and hoping for a few dropped points I would be looking at Chelsea behind you, and trying to secure second place and the auto quali that goes with it.

I don't think there is anything wrong with the Arsenal team, but you do rely heavily on key players, Fab can be replaced with Nasri , but you have no striker to replace RVP, I think if one player is needed its a good second striker. I don't think you need Villa, but a consistent striker capable of filling the void if RVP gets injured. I though Chamakh could do it but he seems to have lost form.

You said sign 4 worldclass players.

A worldclass player on average cost £25m+. We could probably just about afford one, but that would obviously lead to us blowing our whole budget on one player.

Spurs/Villa don't have worldclass players.

You forget that Walcott cost £14m. And that was a while ago, which would probably be equivalent to £17m, given transfer prices inflation.

Bent = Bendtner

Bent is English so is obviously going to be overrated. Whereas Bendtner is attracting interest from top scouts like Arneson and huge clubs like Bayern Munich. It's Arsenal system that makes a lot of our players look poor. Bendtner would score quite a lot of goals in a side like Chelsea/Liverpool.

Bale isn't worldclass, despite what the british media say. The english media live on hype. One day your great, the next day your ****e. Look at the abuse Capello is getting? Anyone who can remember the record he had at Milan, will understand why it's a joke he is getting criticised so much.

It's not really a surprise why Uefa/Fifa hate England.
I think JK's response was laced with sarcasm.....
