You've got a lot to learn about TSR.
I believe that the explanation is neurological. If you're right-handed, then your brain is more sensitive to touch with your right hand. Therefore, you're more centered on how your gentitals feel to your hand. Whereas when using your left, your genitals are more centered on the sensation of your hand. So it is a reversed sensation.
