Best A - Levels
What do everyone think is the best a level to do apart from Maths and the 3 Sciences???????

Define 'best'.
History, because there is never an end to what one may learn from it.
History - so many skills involved, and it really widens your outlook too!
It really depends on your university/life aspiration.
Even though I didn't take History at A'level, I would have to agree that it does require a substantial amount of thinking & it teaches you important skills needed to tackle any problem.
For me, It will be History, English Lit, Economics. Just pick the one you will need in Uni or will contribute to your chosen course in Uni

I have already chosen maths, biology, chemistry and physics and because I have done as biology a year early, I have an extra slot, or should I not do another one and concentrate on the rest?
What do you want to do at university?
Languages (German) are cool!

Will help you to get into any degree:

Will help you with 'same name' degrees:
Psychology, Sociology, English Lang, Business Studies....
And most other things won't help you at all.

So most of the humanities (economics, geography, politics, philosophy, to name a few) and virtually all of the arts apart from music are worthless?
