Older woman texting me

Okay, first of all, let me say that I have always had a liking for women older than myself, so when one started to chat me up at random when out shopping I couldn't believe my luck. She gave me her number and I didn't think much of it, but all day she's been texting me and she wants to meet up. What do I do? I'm not very good with women my own age, never mind women in their late 20s with a kid! I assumed she was just having a bit of fun, but apparently not.

Do I need to man up, or shall I run a mile?

I believe the term you were looking for is cougar, even then she is a tad too young to be one. She's just an older chick.

Yeah, I can appreciate that. But I'm intimidated. Because she's older than me. I have practically zero experience with women my own age (apart from a drunken coming together with someone I barely knew at a party about a year ago), let alone with an older woman, so you can understand my apprehension.
