They are not mutually exclusive, and I'd rather be somewhere in the middle.
Rick; because all of his flaws can be easily fixed with diet/exercise/etc.

Haha, you're not the boss of me. Lesbionic is if anything.

Your argument is absurd, anyway. It's not mentioned that we have eyes, or legs, or arms, or genitalia. So, since we have nothing more, nothing less, are we a genderless blind amputee?

We have to assume some things about the scenario to make it work. Within the limits of the scenario we can assume anything reasonable. I suspect this is more about you wanting to force your assumptions on me than any sense of fairness.

In that case I'll be Casey and I will start my own salon an be outright fabulous...

I thought you were playing along with my joke. I was sort or making fun of a purely hypothetical situation.lol, I'm starting to think you think I'm serious?
Rick...

I'm sure he can work out how to sort out his weight and looks don't last forever, no matter how hot you are. No point in marrying for looks.

Casey will get more pussy in the short term, but Rick will get more pussy in the long term. Fo sho.

Jesus Christ. I cant believe im finally meeting you.

Dick.
We all know what you did to number 9... number 6 spent a week at her house consoling her then regaled us all with your atrocities. And you were wondering why 11 was not replying to your texts anymore.... Disgusting.

You come around here again, your gonna get a face full of shoes... I have some football boots safely stored away, just waiting for the moment.

Hey Hey HEY!! Thats enough of that. Number 9 came on to me!! SHE...CAME...ON...TO...ME. I told her the bailout word before we started, if she chooses not to listen when I say it, thats her problem. If that bitch thinks she can get away with spreading rumors about me she can think again...

Maybe I will do all the stuff she said I did, give her something truthful to moan about.

I thought it was a joke too but you got pretty serious. You had me there.

Rick can improve himself more. Get plastic surgery, teeth whitners, buy an exercise specialist.

Yeah, well Casey can win the lottery and buy a racecar. What's hotter than a racecar? Nothing, apart from Casey. BUT CASEY OWNS THE RACECAR.

http://lottery.merseyworld.com/Info/Chances.html

Average number of tries you need to win the lottery, 14 million.

Average salary after earning an MBA, over £100000 a year.

I rest my case.

If you're allowed to invent that Rick gets an MBA then I'm allowed to say Casey wins the lottery. If I'm not, then I ask you to find the average salary of a student who fails the MBA after achieving the record low mark and then develops an addiction to crack cocaine whilst also getting stranded on a desert island - is that higher than Casey's salary?

but with advanced cognitive abilities at a top 5 university and a high paid career in banking that he will take up after university.

It's assumed in the scenario that he's going to pass his exams and get a high paying job. He may also be taking cocaine, if he wants. There's a little rick in us all, and if yours is taking cocaine, good for him.

Specifically crack cocaine, it furthers the case for Racecar Casey. Also, he gets fired from his job at the bank when it is discovered that he was cheating on his tests.
I'd rather be Casey.

Plenty of people get by and do okay in poorly paid jobs.

Fair enough, it's nicer to be clever and have more money but you'd be unhappy looking like Rick, IMO.
If I could be Casey and earn a lot of money, then I definitely would. Good looks without money wouldn't mean an awful lot to me.

For me, in order of importance (from most to least): wealth, beauty, intelligence.

Case study (1) Rick is fat, unattractive, spotty but with advanced cognitive abilities at a top 5 university and a high paid career in banking that he will take up after university. Rick does has a great social life with his future banking friends, but is not good looking or attractive in any way.

Case study (2) Casey is slim, dark and handsome with a great six pack and shimmering skin and a natural tan. He can get with anybody he wants, has a great social at the weekend when he chills out after finishing work at the hair salon he works at. He does part time modelling, but knows it has a short shelf life. Casey has no chance of every going to university or getting a 'professional' career, nor does he want to; he is happy in his lifestyle, until one night in a bar another guy tells him he is actually quite a stupid guy.

Who would you rather be?

I personally would be Rick any day of the week - I would rather be intelligent, care about things and about people - have an INTEREST in life, than be a Casey in this world. The amount of Caseys I've met and they're just boring - I think I would be happy being ugly and fat but with a secure future and career and a good education.

Casey will only get so far in life.

If there is no way Rick can lose weight/clear skin then Casey
