Mensa is a scam. They just want your money.
I sent off for a mensa home IQ test last week and it came through today. After looking through the questions, I have to admit that they are substantially easier than any IQ test I have seen. As you open the test, the first thing you are told to do is 'Don't forget to fill out the payment details - cost is £9.95'
What a joke. I'm no psychologist but I think Mensa are playing mind games here - excuse the pun. They want as many people to believe that they have done well on the test so they send them their NON REFUNDABLE £9.95.

Perhaps you should join another group of intellects then, such as the Union of Concerned Scientists.

Honestly, don't bother with that, there's no point in joining mensa.
I thought MENSA-approved members are paid a hefty amount of money..?
