How far are you willing to travel for a job that paid £6.80 per hour?

If a job pays £6.80 per hour (before taxes), average shifts between 3-6 hours.

What is the maximum time and distance would you be willing to commute?

Rail station is a £5 taxi ride away, free staff parking and 1 free meal provided if you work longer than 4 hours (vast majority of shifts will be at least 4 hours)

How much is the return rail fare?
20 mins.

It depends on the cost of the travel not the distance. For example a job came up for me which was only 8 hrs nmw but was short shifts which would of cost me £20 on the train. Would of only left me with around £20. Not worth the hassle.

Just look at the practicality of the travel and the cost compared to your expected weekly take home and see if it is worth it.

I suppose that depends on where you board the train?
