Basically register onto student bmj or bmj and you'll get emails that'll have articles called '5 minutes for students' which is basically recent medical issues in the news that'll only take 5 minutes to read.

Another one is for you guys with funky iphones, androids or htc's or any kind of up to date phone. Go onto medpage and it'll regularly send emails regarding medical issues in the news. Some of them are a bit advanced but some are alright.
