I'm 20 next month, is it possible to grow taller still?

I'm not freakishly short but i'm short. Only 5ft9 lol and i'm a guy.

Firstly, 5'9 is not that short at all.
Secondly, yes, it is possible that you could add another inch or so over the next couple of years but it is very unlikely you'll ever be a 6 footer. But seriously, 5'9 is not short.

It's just that i'd love to be 5ft10. I'd be so happy if i grew.

Since when was being in the average height range in the UK "short"?

Sure, it would be NICE if I was even average heigh, would be very nice if I was just a little bit taller than that too.
Not really that important though, especially when I have ways of making myself appear taller.

Possible but unlikely unfortunately. I had a little grow spurt when I was about 19 but stopped after that. Still only about 5'8/5'9 though :s-smilie:
not sure about height but you should fill out and start looking better, my dad swear he grew an inch or two between 20-25
