I am 5''10 135lbs with 10-12%bf and 12-12.5 inch flexed arm. I swear to god I look like a holocust victim. My arm are like sticks.
SO looking at my 2 goal physiques. What arm measurment would they be?
My short term goal this
WOuld you say 13.5-14 inches for the Asian guy and maybe 13 inches for the emo guy?
ALSO, what should I be at these phsyiques? (obviosuly low bodyfat)
Asain guy- 155lbs? Emo guy-140lbs?

Whoaa pretty skinny dude. i'm 5ft 6 and i'm 155... Have a good 6-7 meals a day, smaller meals though, good for bulking. Avoid unhealthy foods, but take in alot of carbs and protein.
Start working out with compound excersises; Benching, Deadlifting, Squatting etc.
Don't focus on bicep size, because that makes no sense, larger biceps don't indicate strength. Usually power commes from strong legs, back, chest and abs.
