How old are you? Because that sounds very childish mate, and disgusting, and yes it will cause problems. My own theory, there will be more growth of bacteria in your intestines? And your body will go through pain? Or some kind of stain to hold it in? Not urinating regularly causes pain and discomfort as well. Also the whole point of urinating is that the system for urination filters waste and any unecessary fluid in your blood. Also it may cause problems to your bowels at a certain time, if you carry on too long, But i doubt you would be THAT stupid to do so?
