Don't fix it, leave it as is - finalise the problems with the person dealing with your case.

If I do that then they won't fix the overheating issue. It's an intermittent issue and they'll just assume they fixed it or something.

Anyway, I need to do something with the hard drive so I can erase it securely.
I'm starting to see/understand how buggy and actually quite rubbish Flash is.
