Ah, so they sell one t shirt but for three days at a time? They seem so cheap that it would be pretty easy to buy quite a few that you like.

What is the sizing like?

It's probably best to look at their sizing chart and match it to your own tshirts. But they have a no-quibble returns/exchange thing if it doesn't fit. Be warned it does take a while for them to be delivered though, since they dispatch all of them at once and have to prepare them all and stuff, so that they can keep that price down.

I bought a Medium and it fits quite nicely. I'm pretty much a solid medium. Only thing is I think the Tshirt is quite long - and I'm not short XD Normally tshirts are too short for me.

That is what I am looking for :yep: But I really don't have £150+

I don't imagine a worn tweed jacket would age too badly :holmes:

Do charity shops have online stores?

Not usually :mmm:
They're dependant on donations, so what will be in will depend on what's been given to them recently.

You'll just have to go round the shops looking. Go to a big town and go round all the charity shops, then keep going back as often as you can.

No wonder it was so cheap:frown:

I was actually searching for one earlier on when we were talking about Haloween. This is the cheapest one I could find (£21), but it's quite costumey

EDIT:
Yeah, it's definitely too costumey, but i'm gonna get something like it for Haloween

I'm sure you can find something in your grandad's closest

I got all excited then, until I saw "Age 5-6 years". :frown:

Not sure what size you are/how fussy you are about the colour...you can always get it tailored to fit you afterwards

Oxfam does I think

I am a '39' but normally prefer a 38. What do you reckon about this jacket? And do you know if it is possible to get a tweed jacket 'taken in' similar to a normal blazer?

I likeee  don't know how I missed that while looking on oxfam!

As far as I know you can take it in like a normal blazer! Afterall if someone managed to take in my prom dress in 24 hours as I tried it on day before prom and it no longer fitted, then I'm sure a tweed jacket can be taken in!
What about this?

Or these?

Probably just a bit too big for even after being taken in

I can't decide if I prefer the Auston Reed one or the Leithausen one. What does everyone think?

Would the Austin Reed one perhaps be a tad too 'formal' for daywear?

Also, if this thread manages to dress me as '11' I might get hold of a Fez and throw a picture of myself on here :mmm:

I think the Leithausen for everyday wear - it's a bit more fashionable I think, without being over the top, but the Auston Reed one definitely looks more Doctor Whoish

Austin Reed one looks nicer imo.

And do it!

Ooo, I am sooo excited for this, but as I live in America I can't watch it on TV :frown: Life just isn't fair. And David Tennant is so good, I can't wait. Anyone see it? Is it actually any good?

I think you can actually watch it online. There are some sites where people might upload it (it's how I watch American shows which I wouldn't be able to see for months :colone: )

try :

tvlinks
alluc.org (although that might be a bit dodgy)

there are others but i can't remember, if all fails try typing the episode you wanna watch in :google:

Hmmmm. It is a really tough choice as the Austin Reed one is really nice, but is it too jazzy? However, I already have standard wool blazers that look pretty similar to the Leithausen one :holmes:

I need to make a poll for this one choice :teeth:

I will have a check through the shops tomorrow as well as my mind is set on getting one now :colondollar:

What sort of trousers/shoes should I go for? I don't think I can quite pull of braces
