Do your parents get a bit uneasy if you date outside your race?

They are cool with every other race except black.Even mixed race is fine but not black.

I dont like black girls at all so its all good anyway.They're ugly imo.

I went out with a girl whose grandfather hated black people... He used to say that if a black person came to his door he would set the dogs on them... Let's just say I made myself pretty scarce when he came over

Why would they? My mum thinks Denzel Washington is hot (He is, for an old guy). But yeah, they're pretty much predicting that I'll bring home a Hindu guy or something just so I can have a big fancy glittery wedding (How shallow I seem to them! I'm not actually that shallow in reality). They won't care, as long as he's a decent sort of fellow.

But don't Hindu weddings last like, a week or something fantastic like that? Even though I'm a Christian, Hindu weddings look awesome. I could not wear a white wedding dress and that would be fine. I'd love it.

I think you just want someone with a lot of money. Then you can MAKE it last a week..or a month

Well, my dad is totally racist, so yeah he'd be weird about it.
I've been with my boyfriend for 4 years and I'm yet to tell my dad he was born in Germany, I can't even imagine my dads face if I brought home someone of a different skin tone, not that it would stop me ofc.
