Sue is so wasted when they give her stupid story lines, that episode taught us that at least.
It's Chris, his bone structure developed I think...in old interviews he still looks young and now he looks older so it's not the make up. There was a picture on tumblr before comparing him in the pilot on stage and last night on stage and the difference is amazing.

We must be psychically linked or something, out of nowhere I just decided to rewatch the pilot after rewatching 'Funeral'. Kurt looks much better now, he's become much more mature and grown up, and I think the fact that he's way more confident now has a lot to do with it.

I think his confidence is probably the main thing
I still think that he looked hottest in Born This Way, although Original Song definitely rivals that. The Dalton Academy uniform just suits him so well
