FML, done no revision. What's the likelihood of me getting at least 70% (gotta get this to get an A) if I start now? :smile:

Not that bad tbh, Do all the past papers (there's only four) print off the spec and try and learn what you can tonight, there's still hope:smile:

Then learn all the calculation questions: enthalpy, %yield and atom economy. They're the easiest to route learn and easy to pick up marks in exams with.

learn the 3 reaction mechanisms, definitions as well which are the on specification.

Then just do past papers/cram anything else in.

has anyone got the past grade boundaries?
My teacher's made us do a **** load of revision for unit 2, cos he said people generally tend to do worse on unit 2, ive done like 15 past papers including ones from old spec like 4-5 times each, and cannot wait for this exam, it's going to be fun xD

CFCL3 ----> (UV) ----> CFCL2. + CL.
O3 + CL. -----> CLO + O2
CLO + O ----> O2 + CL.

So: 2O3 ---- 3O2

Is it not 03+0------>202?

And Is the rate of formation of Ozone the same as the rate of decomposition?

and Q is wherever the surroundings are right?

Green chemistry is awesome, everything is awesome in this unit :3

it was the first unit that was so boring.....apart from electron structure xD

How can anyone make a logical prediction on what will come up? And most things come up, considering how this is longer test and all.

thats what i thought the overall equation was...can some one please clarify!

and yes The rate or formation of ozone = The rate of decomposition <----- this statement is for o3+o--->2o2

then may God be with us, thank you.
I need an A in this exam seeing as it is a retake, yet have done little or no revision.
I love my logic.

As the OCR F212 Biology had alot of "BS" you can bet your bottom dollar that this paper will be full of questions on "sustainability", Percentage yield, atom economy, the uses of enzymes and the hydration/fermentation to prodcue ethanol.

But I shouldn't be telling you this as I don't want the grade boundaries to be high:P
