There is only 3 in my year, it's funny how not many brown people do veterinary medicine.

No one in our year wants to do vet med. Nobody seems to care for the animals.
I actually think there's about 4 or 5 brown people in my whole school, and I'm the only asian hoping medicine this cycle, but there's about 3 asian people in our year.

I have the oppurtunity to go to Lesotho , to visit , to help and go to a link school over there. Also to go to HIV clinic, orphanage, school and hospital. Going with a group of people some who have been a few time before and have friend out there and we take supplies.
BUT we are going october half term which is the week ending in Sunday the 27th of October and the BMAT is the 2nd of november. Should I go any way and do work on the plane and in the evenings or is it stupid ?


Do before, take a tiny bit for the plane.

Well now you've quoted I can't change it. Just followed up from last night's convo.
I don't even know what I am, should be yellow but it's a pretty strange shade of yellow if that's the case.

thats possible :tongue: my parents have said I can study whatever I want, as long as it's academic :tongue: and one day I just said to them I want to be a Doctor and they were happy :smile: now it's just getting in :L

I'm only sure on one choice yet which is Liverpool. Not sure about the rest. I'll probably be a GP as it is the easiest to balance family life with. What about you?

I'm thinking Kings, Imperial/UCL, but it'll depend on UKCAT/BMAT results. Thinking of Hull-York with one option. Hmm, for the same reasons, a GP ( plus you can easily open your own practice with another GP) otherwise possibly Dermatology :smile:

Not really but I've got loads planned in the summer what about you?
I like kings it's in the middle of london so if I get a really good UKCAT I might apply there too.
