Films you are embarrassed you haven't seen.

We all have films that for some reason we have just never got round to watching, and every time someone mentions how good they are, we say "oh yeah, I really need to watch that" and then promptly forget.

What are your 5 films that you feel you should catch up on?

The Third Man - now seen - very good, typical Graham Greene
Oldboy
Shutter Island - now seen - disappointing
The Wrestler
The Manchurian Candidate

I'm going to check back in when I've ticked these off my list. Are they all worth watching?

...And I consider myself to be quite the movie buff......so yes, very embarrassed!!

I've never seen Hot Fuzz. So I can't really join in with the laughs when people discuss it.

I'd like to see The Godfather also but I've never really gotten around to it. Plus apparently it's really violent.

Avatar. Not because I think it was probably really good or anything, just because I think watching Avatar in real 3D at an Imax or whatever was a cultural turning point in our generation of film and it's a bit **** not to have experienced it.
