Why is it so essential for you to join the American Football Society? Also, where will you be based as in living and lessons?

i've always wanted to play American Football but obviously in England it's kinda hard to do, this will only be my only chance(i use to be very athletic so i wanna see how far i can go with it)

i'm studying on clifton and living in sandby (city)

Ah fair enough, I would advise you to hold off for a bit until you get your finances in check. The start is always very expensive!

Does anyone know anything about applying for scholarships- when you have to do it and how? I'm not even sure I can get a scholarship for my course. :s-smilie:

there's always lots every year that choose to live at home and commute in, I know plenty in the three years i've spent at ntu that did this and it didn't hamper meeting new people or socialising at all. In fact it gave them a slight advantage as they could recommend more places to people, for them to shop in or drink in as you know the area well and what places are the ones that don't get talked of by universities etc

Where I live now isn't the best for nightlife....although last night was pretty awesome

Waking up at 8.00 to be ready to try get accomodation wasn't though :frown:
