Is anyone else finding all this WebLearn stuff and all the things that are associated with it (Mobile Oxford etc) overwhelming? How often do students actually use these services on a day-to-day basis?

Nexus is your lifeline - you'll need to check it numerous times a day to keep up to date. Emails from tutors, college, uni, JCR etc

Weblearn - depends on your tutor/subject. For example some tutors ask you to submit essays through it, plus post any information you need (specific reading lists and so on). Most subjects will have general reading lists on it, lecture notes and so on.

So for the time being, don't panic! It'll all fall into place, and you'll be told where to look for what.

Merton get ice skating. I note that of the several social timetables posted so far the stereotyped 'only work' college seems to have the fullest. :awesome:
