Manz is fluent in Gujarati, I have no problem conversing with the oldies. :smug:

But I can't read or write the lingo. :nothing:

Compared to my cousins who can't even understand let alone speak it, I guess I'm not so bad, but I definitely need to improve it.. Guess it's off to Gujarati school I go :gah:

Do you speak Gujarati with your parents? I think that's the only reason I'm okay, tbh. My cousins can speak and understand it but it just doesn't sound right when they speak it...if that makes sense.

Just my grandparents and occasionally my mum. Do you mean it is like broken down Gujarati or just doesn't make sense according to Gujarati grammar?
