There is no stalking fb group, not many ppl like admitting they are stalkers, I was talking about the applicants' group)) Yeaah, I didn't even know we had a chalet in France when applying:france::party2:

Well, you may get pooled to Balliol or New or Univ and you'll also have reading parties at the Chalet des Anglais!!:smile:

I'm so glad I have no direct competition on TSR, i.e. Univ AND maths&CS!

Univ was the first college I ever saw. Oh! whcih reminds me @punctuation :smile: I ALSO HAVE

Haha because erm Balliol is more competitive and super hard for PPE so :smile: yeah... haha because its YOUR chalet (y) :lol:

ALSO Merton has specialists in Chinese politics, economics, history etc. so I can take those modules in 2nd and third year! IT was really tough though :frown: Balliol & Merton's tutors both do topics I'm interested in and I actually read one of the Balliol's book.

BUT in the end. Merton is pretty! also Univ is right next to the examination school so it gets super noisy during the summer... or so I've heard.

As in if the English tutors like me but the History ones don't, they'll just give me an offer for English single honours, which happens quite a lot and really skews the figure of 10/place before interview desummoning and 7/place after it, as the figure is really 8 + those accepted for just English + those accepted for just history.

Well, I believe the most important requirements in my choosing a college were:
- Lack of formality or over-religiousness
- Lack of academic strictness
- High number of Biology students

Which did prevent me from applying to some really nice colleges, but I don't think I'll regret it!
