If you got 18/18 on the essay question, you're obviously very capable! I'm sure you'll ace the January re-take.

Thanks for saying I'm capable, it means a lot when the Don says it!
:u: :mmm:

What board do you do Literature on?

Nice  Are you on Edexcel? How comes you're self teaching?

I got bored waiting for my class to understand some of the concepts... when an A2 maths class can't do kinematics you know something is wrong.

Yeah I'm on Edexcel. The plan is to get M1 and C3 done in Jan with 90%+, then i can focus on 90+ for C4 to get me that A*! :dumbells:

Yeah, it seemed a waste of such hard work to drop it!

Exam (Gothic): Dr. Faustus, Dracula and The Bloody Chamber
Coursework: Atonement and William Blake poetry.

How about yourself?

UCL and LSE are yet to give any Economics offers.

Do you really think that'd be in a Cambridge interview?

Stop worrying about it! Just be strong on your Maths! Which college have you applied to? :u:

Good plan! Good luck with that!

Yeah, me too. Dynamics gets a little tricky, but nothing unmanageable.

M1 is very manageable imo...especially in comparison to M2 :afraid:

Last years M2 Edexcel paper was a bit like marmite. I loved it others didn't. The grade boundaries were stupidly high with 71/75 being 90 UMS and 68/75 being 80UMS but the paper was easy imo. I still don't know where I lost my solitary mark but I didn't think spending £45 or however much it is for a remark was worth getting a 100 (A couple of people in my FM class remarked and their papers went up by 1 mark so I wonder whether this would be a re-occuring theme if my whole class were remarked).

LOL. That's so scary. My class is the same and I have the same plan  Good luck!

I think M2 mostly develops on M1, so it's manageable. I got 96 in M1 and somehow 100 in M2 :colondollar: 'Real' fun comes in with M3 which is quite different to my mind. I'd rather do more stats modules, but my further maths class is just filled up with wanna-be engineers, so not much choice

Btw, I do English lit as well, but with Edexcel - haven't seen anyone else on TSR on the same board.
