a level choices

Hello, I am a year 11 student who is in the process of selecting subjects for a level. I generally get A/A* grades at GCSE. I am considering being in the medical profeesion,preferably a doctor. For this reason I am choosing biology, chemistry, maths and either geography or economics. I enjoy geography and know I will get a good grade in it but economics gives me more job oppurtunities if I dont get into medicine. Any advice please?
