UCL offer this morning (L100) given I go to the open day.

Well done mate!
The jealousy I feel reading this thread over the past few days... I think I'll take a time out!

:'(

Well done everyone though!

Haha I am really happy, yes!.. And I'm sorry, but I'll stick to my choices until I have all my decisions - I am sure that they will pass on the offer for year abroad if I decline it! After all, they only have 20 places

I was kidding

At least you have an offer. I'm definitely the last one left :woo:

Eeek :colone:

That must be tough! That offer means very little to me sadly, so doesn't really count.

Would be so funny (!) if I ended up there. :colondollar:
Some of you may find this interesting... (or tell me if I did anything wrong)

These are some fun proofs in Micro-economics

It's okay Tat, I don't have an offer either...

Sorry to hear that! I thought your interview went well! What do you think is the reason?

Apparently I was only average out of the 14 candidates (4 places available). I thought I did ok but it wasn't enough. Just really hoping for an LSE offer now...

Birmingham. I have got an offer from there but that was more of a feel good option... I would rather take a gap year

Oh no, econ and Physics AS the next day.... if I get an offer from Cambridge or LSE before the date, is there any harm of me not going??

Nah, there's no harm in not going if you don't want the offer. It would be courteous to tell them you're not going though rather than just not turn up.

I didn't check them thorough but on first glance they look quite nice and (in my opinion anyway) should be simple to follow for A-level students. Interestingly, I'm pretty sure I wrote out very similar proofs several years ago when doing A-level Economics (maybe even posted somewhere on TSR). :h:

So they sent you feedback?

Good luck with LSE!
