What do you consider "Nice curves" on a woman

Hey guys, I've been thinking about this and I'd just like to express my opinion. My idea of a sexy curvy woman would be this -

But I seem to see some women describing themselves as curvy when they look like this

When really it's just an excuse for a lot of excess weight? Well I wouldn't say excuse, but you know what I mean. I just can't stand it when girls call themselves curvy when they are just plain fat?

What are other people's opinions on this?

curvy means you have an hour glass figure
therefore you can be slim and be curvy
or you can be fat and be curvy
curvy does not equal fat
