My status is 'Assessment' But I Haven't submitted my essay yet...
Like I said in an earlier post: don't give a f*** on what the status is like. My app @ DB was still under review when I've been offered the internship, one day later they changed it. I guess HR at every company make a mass update of all applications onto the next stage. (So the others, who haven't got the email asking for the essay probably are all rejected now.)
Perform well, no matter what your status is.
It's now officially been FOUR weeks since I completed the BarCap tests and yet I still haven't heard a thing. WTF?

Same here. I'm also in that situation with MS although given the recent swathe of AS/phone interview invites, I'm expecting a rejection soon

LOL this stands at the end of each (!) email coming from a bank. Even if the content just is "what?". C'mon, copy and paste it.
Invitation for Citi online tests went to gmail junk, thoughtyou'dwannaknow. Also, got a logical reasoning test not a numerical?
