You could just address the admissions tutor as
Dear Admissions Tutor,

Why do you need to know his/her gender?

U misunderstaood. I just dont know who the tutor is and what his email address is, so how can i send my email to unknown receiver!?IM NOT INTERESTED ABOUT HIS/HER GENDER AT ALL...T^T
