Dinner: Tofu stir fry with carrots, peppers, pak choi, beansprouts, ginger and chilli.... NOM.
Snacks: Tangerine, 2 ginger oat cakes, about 30 pistachios (at a guess), handful of mixed nuts/dried fruit and a low fat toffee yoghurt
I woke up feeling really dizzy and ill, so naturally the solution was to EAT ALL THE BAD THINGS (half a garlic baguette, 3 tiny hash browns, 3 packets of oreos, 1 sherbert dip) and I've just had a takeaway pizza for tea.

the guilt
Food. And a lot of it.
Breakfast: cheerios and fat free milk

Lunch: low fat, organic vegetable barley soup
peanut butter-filled pretzels
a spoonful of cottage cheese
1 tbsp of creamy peanut butter

Dinner: organic burrito

Throughout the Day: 2 90 calorie Fiber One Bars

Not the healthiest day I've had, but not horrendous either. (Need to eat more veggies!)
