Today I weighed myself on one of those public 'weigh in' machines for the first time in over half a year. I started out last year at 7.5 stone (I think, at least) and now apparently weigh 9 stone. But then again that includes heavy boots and my jacket etc. At 5 foot 2 that obviously doesn't make me fat, but I'd like to go back to my original weight as the last year included a lot of emotional eating.
I do a lot of yoga and like to think I eat pretty healthily, the only thing I've been doing too much of is snacking on things like crisps etc...
How quickly can I loose a stone (obviously without a hard core diet or starving myself)?
It's a dilemma
