For the topic of trespass to the person, obviously there is the Protection From Harassment Act 1997 which regulates harassment. But my reading list alerts me to the provision in the Equality Act 2010 (I think it is Section 27) about harassment.
How should I interpret the Equality Act in relation to tort liability for trespass to the person? Presumably the 2010 Act's provisions re:harassment are relevant mainly to public bodies and employers?
